New Pigment/Weathering Powder Range by Hasslefree
Lads I am suscribed to the Hasslefree newsletter and they just sent an email saying they had released a new type of weathering powders' range. More details here:

I presume they might be useful for weathering WW2 armour and stuff among other things?

Sally did mention that she got a nice effect from rubbing the graphite powder onto black primer. Could be an interesting style for armour.

I've never been sure how to use pigments - not sure how to seal them properly - I'm assuming spray varnish, but I don't want to spray varnish the rest of the figure....
Re: New Pigment/Weathering Powder Range by Hasslefree
I always think sealing with a varnish defeats the object- ok for effects like mud, but dust and rust, for instance, should be dead flat. Never come across a dead flat spray varnish.
Then again, my stuff gets minimal handling.
I tend to use a brush for applying pigments, but it really depends on the particular job.
